History

Our firm, M/s. Guru and Company was started in 1970 by Shri R. Hemraj Katariya, and since then it has grown every year, with more than 40 years of exceptional track record. In all these years of growth we have expanded to two more companies, i.e. M/s. N & S Switchgear and M/s. Vijay Shanthi Electricals Pvt. Ltd.

Management

Shri H. SHALI BHADRA who is a prominent personality heads our organization; highly experienced with a vast practical knowledge and experience of more than 40 years in various disciplines with a vision of “Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Brand Power” are the key paramount priorities. Our management believes in core values of business ethics, with which the company has built and established a trust among all its customers.

Mr. ARIHANT SHALIBHADRA is ably supporting Shri H. SHALI BHADRA not only in day to day operations, but also to increase the scope of operations and expanding the business in new areas. He has completed his MBA from Swinburne University, Melbourne and B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sree Nidhi Institute of Science and Technology, Hyderabad.

Product Range

We deal in all types of Over Head Transmission, Under Ground Cable Systems, Sub – Station Installation and Erection products and allied materials. We maintain stocks of:

1. Cable Jointing Kits (up to 36 kV).
2. Insulators of all types (Composite Polymer Insulators and Porcelain Insulators), for all electrical Distribution and Transmission Lines.
3. All types of OHE Hardware and other allied products.

Present

We are regularly securing and executing orders of Transco, Genco and all DISCOMS of Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh, besides supplying to Turnkey Projects, MES, CPWD, Water Works, Lift Irrigation, Bus Depot, Air Force Academy, Cement Factories, Independent Power Producers, Railways and Private Contractors executing works for the above. We are proud to say we always execute all orders received before the delivery due dates and have always supplied materials of superior quality at reasonable rates.

Future

As we move forward, we would like to do the following:

1. Introduce new products for the existing transmission and distribution lines which are easy to install and are energy efficient as well.
2. Work with the electrical department to improve the existing network and make sure the latest technology / products are applied to minimize loss of electrical supply.
3. Develop and introduce new innovative products for increasing the reliability of the electrical system at both supply and consumer end. And also increase the efficiency levels of the existing system including renewable energy systems.
